We're writing to let you know about a change that affects how your Dickies account information is being handled.
As part of a business transfer, the rights to the Dickies brand for Europe, the Middle East and Africa have moved from VF Corporation to Sportlux Swiss SA, a company registered in Switzerland at Riva Paradiso 10, 6900 Paradiso. As part of this transfer, the customer data associated with the Dickies online store — including your name and email address — has also been transferred to Sportlux Swiss SA, which is now the data controller responsible for this information.
Nothing else changes for you: you don't need to take any action, and you'll continue to enjoy the same Dickies products and service you're used to.
Legal basis: The transfer of your data is carried out on the basis of Sportlux Swiss SA's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in continuing to operate the Dickies business and serve existing customers without interruption. This notice is provided to you in accordance with Art. 14 GDPR, as your data was not collected directly by Sportlux Swiss SA. You have the right to object to this processing at any time under Art. 21 GDPR.
You have the right to object to this transfer and to request that your data be deleted from Sportlux's systems. If you'd like to do so, simply let us know here:
