FAQ™ Pure during perimenopause and menopause

During perimenopause

FAQ™ Pure can be taken throughout perimenopause. It is not a treatment for perimenopause or its symptoms, but it contains ingredients that matter during this life stage.

Dosed where it counts:

Vitamin B6 (5 mg)

contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Vitamin B12 (200 mcg) and iron (Qfer™, 5 mg)

help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Calcium (420 mg) and vitamin D3

During and after menopause, including alongside HRT

FAQ™ Pure can be taken during and after menopause. It doesn’t contain hormones or medicines and provides a moderate amount of iron (5 mg, 36% of the daily reference intake), in line with lower iron needs after menopause.

If you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), FAQ™ Pure should be treated like any other food supplement taken alongside prescribed medication. It is not an alternative to or a replacement for HRT.
