We are updating our Digital Products Terms. We have highlighted the most important changes in this email –if you want to read these changes in full, you can do so here (Digital Products Terms). These changes take effect from 20/08/2025.
At a glance, here is a summary of what our most important updates mean for you:
Digital Products Terms
• New Digital Products Terms – for ease of reference, we have consolidated our Website Terms of Use and our App Terms of Use to create the new “Digital Products Terms of Use”. These terms will govern your use of any F1® digital product (e.g., our website, F1® TV, F1® Unlocked).
• Age restrictions – we have updated our minimum age requirements for accessing F1® TV (see the Section entitled “Age Restrictions”).
• Restrictions on use of our Digital Products – we have made some updates to the way in which you are permitted our Digital Products (see the Section entitled “How you can use our Digital Products”).
• Linking to our Digital Products – we have updated the rules regarding linking to any of our Digital Products (see the Section entitled “Rules about linking to our Digital Products”).
• Data Mining or Web Scraping – we have introduced certain restrictions on use to restrict any potential data mining or web scraping (see the Section entitled “No Text or Data Mining or Web Scaping”).
By continuing to use our Digital Products (including our website, F1® TV, F1® Unlocked, etc.) from today’s date, you agree to and accept these changes.
If you do not agree to these changes, you should stop using our Digital Products immediately.
If you wish to cancel your account with us as a result of these changes you can do so through web or app, otherwise please contact our customer service team using our help centre here.
