Capturing Forever: Women Shaping Nature Photography

Girls Who Click community x Photography that lasts forever campaign

A Gitzo Story By Francesca Page

Gitzo has always inspired photographers to push boundaries and capture the wild.

Now, through our partnership with Girls Who Click (GWC), we’re empowering the next generation of female wildlife photographers to capture moments that last forever—both in the wild and in the hearts of those who experience them.

Beyond broadening Gitzo’s horizons, this collaboration fosters a more inclusive and diverse world within nature photography. While the skills required are not inherently gendered, historical and systemic factors have limited female participation.

Girls Who Click is helping to change that, ensuring the stories of nature reflect the rich diversity of the world itself.

From muddy wetlands to windswept deserts, Gitzo tripods and accessories are built to last, letting photographers focus on storytelling instead of equipment. Just like the images they help create, our gear stands the test of time—supporting photography that leaves a lasting mark.

Discover how these talented photographers are turning fleeting moments into timeless stories with courage, curiosity, and tools they can trust.
