NATIONAL LATTE DAY

| INGREDIENTS
| | 2 shots of illy espresso
| | 1 cup of whole milk (240 mL)
|

| | PREPARATION
| | 1. Prepare 2 shots of espresso into a small cup or pour pitcher.
| | 2. Pour into a serving glass.
| | 3. Steam and froth the milk in a steaming pitcher, taking care not to let it foam too much as it needs to stay on the liquid side.
| | 4. Pour the milk over coffee, holding back froth until glass is filled 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the top.
| | 5. Top with a thin layer of froth.
