Eight days in the wild heart of the Balkans. Based out of Popova Shapka in the Shar Mountains, you’ll ride a playground of limestone peaks, open bowls and perfectly spaced glades, with the snowcat as your high-altitude elevator to save your legs for the best lines. Expert local guides know every hidden couloir in the range, and groups stay small, from 1 to 12 people. This one’s built for advanced skiers with strong fitness who want raw, untracked terrain.

Warm up, step out, go big. The week builds day by day, from easy bowls near the lifts to ridges and remote alpine terrain. You'll earn your first summit on Guri i Zi, the "Black Rock", then go for the big one, Bistra (2,651 m), with the steepest lines of the trip. A final long tour ends on a north-facing descent you'll still be talking about on the flight home.
