The Friday Pause
A moment, closer to nature
With Earth Week here, it’s a good moment to slow things down a little.
Not in a big or complicated way.
Just by paying a bit more attention to what’s around you.
Stepping outside more often.
Noticing the small changes in the season.
Taking a bit more care in the simple things you do.
Nothing extra to add to your schedule.
Just a different way of moving through it.
Here are a few simple ways to lean into it.

Plant something, together
Take a moment to plant something together. It doesn’t have to be big. A few herbs in the kitchen. A plant for your balcony. Something small for a windowsill.
Use your hands. Take your time with it. Decide where it goes, water it, and give it a place in your space. It’s simple, but it becomes something you come back to, growing quietly, day by day.

Step outside and notice what’s changing
Step outside for a moment and really take it in. Look up at the trees. Notice how the light falls differently.
The small details that are easy to miss when you’re moving too fast.
Sit down somewhere, even if it’s just for a few minutes. You could sketch what you see. Write a few lines.
Or simply pause and let your surroundings do the rest. No need to turn it into anything. Just noticing is enough.

A Question for You
When was the last time you slowed down enough to really notice your surroundings?

Return to Analog Time
Leave your phone behind for a short while. No notifications. No distractions. Just you, your surroundings, and time moving at its own pace.
This Earth Week is a small reminder of that: to slow down, step outside, and reconnect in simple ways. And if you’ve been thinking about something new, this week we’re offering up to 20% off and we'll plant 3 trees for every order.
