The Friday Pause
Small things, done slowly
Not everything needs to be planned.
Some of the best moments are simple. Things you could do any day but don’t always take the time for.
This weekend, it’s not about doing more. Just choosing a few things, and doing them a bit more intentionally.
Here are a few simple ways to ease into it.

Buy fresh flowers and arrange them
Pick up a small bunch of flowers, nothing complicated.
Take a moment to cut the stems, choose a spot, and arrange them the way you like. It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It’s a small thing, but it changes the feel of a space more than you expect.

Listen to one full album without skipping
Put on an album you like, or one you’ve been meaning to listen to.
Let it play from start to finish. No skipping, no background noise.
Just sit with it for a while or let it carry you through whatever you’re doing.
