The Friday Pause

One last weekend to make it feel like summer.

Next week, autumn officially begins.

The days are already getting shorter, the evenings a little cooler and summer is slowly making way for a new season.

But we're not there just yet.

There's still one last official summer weekend ahead of us: one more chance to enjoy it, look back at the moments that made it special and perhaps make one more memory before autumn arrives.

Here are a few ideas for making the most of it.

Make a summer photo album

Before summer disappears into your camera roll, take a little time to look back.

Pick out the photos that make you smile — the holidays, spontaneous evenings, sunny weekends and little moments in between.

Save your favourites in an album, digital or printed, and keep the best of summer somewhere you can return to.

Recreate your favourite summer day

Think back to your favourite day of the summer.

Maybe it was a long lunch, an afternoon by the water or simply a really good day with your favourite people.

For the last summer weekend, why not do it again? Go back to that place, invite the same people and enjoy it one more time.
