Hi! Jonay here, CEO of WoodWatch.
There’s something about September that has always felt like a fresh start to me.
Summer is slowly coming to an end. Holidays are behind us, routines return, and the days start to feel a little different again. Somehow, September always feels like a natural moment to reset.
Not in the big new year, new me kind of way. More in the small things.
Picking up something you’ve been meaning to do. Making plans with someone you haven’t seen in a while. Starting a new routine. Or simply taking a moment to think about what you want the next few months to look like.
Maybe that’s what I like about this time of year. It feels like a new beginning, without needing a big reason for one.
And at WoodWatch, we see a lot of new beginnings. Watches given for birthdays, new jobs, anniversaries and milestones. Sometimes even as a gift to yourself, simply to mark a moment worth remembering.
I think there’s something special about that.
Because a new chapter doesn’t always start on January 1st. Sometimes it starts on a random day in September.
