A custom shade sail
In the valley of cherry trees.

Hi In the Jerte Valley, in Extremadura (Spain), Pilar and Moncho bought a plot of land to build something of their own: morning yoga, lunches outdoors, a house that will come in its own time.

Moncho teaches paragliding, and he knows the wind well. Their first shade solution, bought before they found Maanta, didn't hold up: the valley wind carried it away within days. |

So they chose a custom Solaria +Plus Furl shade sail with Alu Simple Poles: marine-grade fabric and a radial cut, designed to keep the shade taut even where the wind is in charge. |

Today the sail covers their outdoor lounge area, between the poles and the Extremadura sky, and gives the land the shape of a place to live. The house will come, the shade is already there. |
